“Deplorable customer service. We got rained out and one of the Segways broke so the tour guide cancelled our event. However, the office doesn't want to fully refund our tickets and lied to Viator saying they offered a later time, when we had already returned to our cruise ship. We now are having to dispute it with the credit card companyand fight with Viator. Don't trust these people! Take your business elsewhere to someone”
